Kate, 42, has not been seen in public since attending a Christmas Day church service, and underwent abdominal surgery in January, fuelling speculation about her health. News agencies AFP, Getty, the Associated Press (AP) and Reuters had earlier pulled the photograph, said to have been taken by her husband Prince William of his wife with their three children, over the modifications. Prince William takes the stage at a London Air Ambulance Charity Gala Dinner in the British capital, with the British throne's heir apparent taking the opportunity to thank well-wishers for their "kind messages of support" in the wake of his father King Charles III's shock cancer diagnosis as well as his wife Catherine's stint in hospital.
