'Next general election is de-facto referendum' says Sturgeon after Supreme Court ruling

Scotland's First Minister and leader of the SNP, Nicola Sturgeon, reacts to the UK Supreme Court ruling against her parliament's unilateral right to call an independence referendum, saying the next general election is "both the first and most obvious opportunity to seek...a de-facto referendum". Sturgeon, speaking shortly after the court delivered its ruling, also says "we must, and we will, find another democratic, lawful and constitutional means by which the Scottish people can express their will."
