Ukraine's Center for Civil Liberties one of three recepients of the 2022 Nobel peace prize alongside Memorial, the group founded in 1987 when it was still the Soviet Union which last year was forced underground by the Kremlin and the jailed Belarus human rights activist Ales Bialiatski.
