Ukraine war: the human impact of 100 days of conflict

Description

The world has been forever changed since Russia's invasion of Ukraine began on February 24 2022. June 3 marks 100 days of Europe's largest-scale conflict since the Second World War, which has upended old political certainties, caused global energy and food price inflation and brought the world's largest nuclear powers to the brink of confrontation. But it has also been a war of personal tragedy, of unfathomable atrocities and of the bravery shown by individual Ukrainians in the worst circumstances imaginable.
