Trucks remain parked outside Parliament in Ottawa as protesters enter their 13th day of occupying Canada's capital -- more determined than ever to stay put until all Covid restrictions are lifted. In the capital, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau -- who a day earlier issued a stern warning the protests "had to stop" -- appeared to shift tone, saying he understood "how frustrated everyone is" and that "the time is coming when we will be able to relax." President Volodymyr Zelensky says he is confident Ukraine would eventually join NATO after the alliance said the Russian-invaded country has an "irreversible" path to membership.
