Meet the Ukrainian artist ordered to paint the war-torn streets of Kharkiv

International street artist Hamlet Zinkivsky is back in his hometown of Ukraine to fill the war-torn streets of Kharkiv with his artwork. He hopes to inspire the local residents to "fight and defend".
