Energy Minister Saad al-Kaabi, who is also the chief executive of QatarEnergy signs a deal with Shun-Chin Lee, Chairman of the CPC Corporation Taiwan for Qatar to supply the Taiwan-headquartered CPC with natural gas for 27 years.
