British Prime minister Boris Johnson meets with President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky at the Mariinskyi Palace in Kyiv. The British and Polish prime ministers are in Kyiv for talks with Ukrainian President Zelensky, as Russian President Vladimir Putin meets with the Hungarian leader in Moscow and has held a phone call with the Italian prime minister. Boris Johnson has warned on a trip to Kyiv that Russian forces massed on the border represented a "clear and present danger" to Ukraine as another burst of top-level diplomacy tries to head off a major conflict in Europe.
