EU foreign ministers meet in Luxembourg, with Israel's conflict with Hamas at the top of the agenda. EU foreign police chief Josep Borrell urged faster aid deliveries to the besieged Gaza Strip, saying that the few dozen trucks of humanitarian aid that had been allowed into the enclave from Egypt were not enough. The EU's foreign policy chief says he is hopeful the Iran nuclear deal could be revived after receiving "reasonable" responses to his proposed text from Iran and the United States. "I am hoping that in the coming days we are not going to lose this momentum and we can close the deal" says Josep Borrell, at an informal meeing of EU foreign ministers in Prague. SOUNDBITE
