Mexico, Mar 29 (EFE) (CAMERA: Miguel Angel Andrade) - The pandemic "has ruined" advances in women's rights, Antonio Guterres, secretary-general of the United Nations Organization (UN), warned Monday.STATEMENTS BY ANTONIO GUTERRES, SECRETARY GENERAL OF THE ORGANIZATION OF THE UNITED NATIONS (UN):"In many places, the very idea of ??gender equality is under attack. Regressive laws are reappearing and horrific violence against women is on the rise, which I condemn. The time has come to reorient and give new impetus to our mission to create a more equal, just and sustainable world, in which all people can exercise their human rights without fear or discrimination."
