Ukraine's borders remain "unchangeable" regardless of Russia's recent actions, Kyiv's ambassador to the United Nations told the Security Council. SOUNDBITE
"We also regret the order to deploy Russian troops into eastern Ukraine, reportedly on a peacekeeping mission," says United Nations Under-Secretary-General Under-Secretary-General for peacebuilding Rosemary DiCarlo. "These developments follow the decision to order a mass evacuation of civilian residents of Donetsk and Lugansk into the Russian Federation.
