UN: Spain-Morocco agreement needed in wake of border breach

United Nations, May 18 (EFE).- The United Nations on Tuesday said Spain and Morocco urgently need to reach an accord to address the situation in Ceuta, a Spanish enclave city in North Africa that has seen a huge incursion of irregular migrants in recent hours.STATEMENTS BY STEPHANE DUJARRIC, SPEAKER FOR THE UNITED NATIONS
