The chief executive of Britain's independent medicines regulator, June Raine, announces that out of 79 cases of blood clots in people having received a first dose of the Oxford-AstraZeneca vaccine, 19 people have died, during a press conference over concerns about links between AstraZeneca's Covid-19 vaccine and blood clots.
