Haitian top judge says he 'accepts' his role of transitional president

In a video statement, 72-year-old Judge Joseph Mecene Jean-Louis, says he "accept(s) the choice of the opposition and civil society, to serve (his) country as interim president for the transition" after Haitian opposition parties named the top judge as interim leader as the latest attempt to oust President Jovenel Moise, whose term they say has expired. SOUNDBITE
