Weary French students rally for "return" to classroom teaching

Description

Weary, demoralised and increasingly precarious students demonstrate in Paris to demand a return to face-to-face teaching in universities, in spite of the Covid-19 crisis. For the time being, only first-year students will be permitted to attend classroom tutorials, from January 25 but in half-groups. French president Emmanuel Macron is scheduled to speak to students on Thursday at the Paris Saclay faculty. IMAGES
