The Washington Post reports that Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner have spent $100,000 on bathroom accommodations. The bathroom was for their Secret Service detail. The power couple rented the bathroom after barring the agents from using their bathrooms. Jared & Ivanka barred the Secret Service from using their 6.5 bathrooms when they first moved into their DC mansion in 2017. In September 2017, the federal government began renting a $3,000-a-month studio apartment across the street for the agents' bathroom needs.
Politico reports that President Donald Trump is considering pardoning as many as 20 close associates before he leaves office in January. Who would he pardon? According to Business insider they include his personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani, as well as his three eldest children, as The New York Times previously reported. However, the president is said to be concerned about whether the preemptive pardons could look like a public admission of guilt. Trump and his allies will face a slew of civil and criminal investigations on a federal and state level once he leaves office in January. The pardon power does not apply to state offenses.
The public should expect a "flurry" of pardons before President Donald Trump leaves office. A source close to the White House suggested this, according to reports at CNN. The reality is that pardons happen at the end of almost all previous administrations. This source said Trump's advisers say it would perfectly fine for Trump to pardon his family members. He may also pardon other associates preemptively, even if they haven't been charged with any crimes. Trump's allies in Congress and conservative media have said the President should pardon himself.
Donald Trump again speaks out strongly for the 2nd amendment of the constitution. He is angry over the media buzz and claims that he surreptitiously may be encouraging gun violence against Hillary Clinton by his comments regarding the election. Do you think he was unfairly accused? Do you think the media or "liberal media" is just attacking him?
Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton rallied her supporters in Las Vegas, Nevada, on Thursday, where she was speaking at the premises of International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBWE).
