Il y a du monde, ce samedi 2 novembre, aux portes ouvertes du poulailler qui accueillera 24 000 poules bio à Varmonzey. Cette visite a pour objectif d’expliquer aux visiteurs le concept de cette exploitation. Deux grands bâtiments ont été construits selon les normes « bio » pour développer cette activité en baptisée EARL Croix Bonnet.
