Fires in Greece this summer will burn an area of at least 150,000 hectares (370,600), the Greek prime minister says including a large fire in the north which has been burning for nearly two weeks. The area ravaged by fires "will exceed 1,500,000,000 square metres (150,000 hectares)... the most serious one was the one at Dadia forest", says Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis, referring to the forest fire that the EU has branded the largest ever recorded in the bloc. Alicia Journé a 23 ans. Titulaire d'un BTS de technicienne de laboratoire depuis quatre ans, la jeune femme n'arrive pas à s'insérer sur le marché du travail. "Aujourd'hui, il y a un fossé entre les générations", explique la jeune femme, qui regrette les a priori négatifs de certains salariés sur les jeunes. Depuis l'obtention de son diplôme, elle enchaîne les petit boulots. La plupart du temps hors de son domaine de formation. " Une seule fois j'ai travaillé dans mon domaine, mais j'ai subi un licenciement économique." Face à ses difficultés, Alicia envisage déjà une reconversion.
