Matthieu Otto est un cuisinier qui œuvre à l'Auberge Saint-Walfrid de Sarreguemines. Bocuse d'or France 2017, il vient de finir 6e dans ce concours de cuisine, au niveau monde. Il est intervenu dans une classe du lycée la Providence de Dieuze devant des élèves cuisiniers et de service en salle, à l'invitation des professeurs Bénédicte Jaeger, Arnaud Barbier et Martial Meyer.
