Vosges Matin a lancé samedi 16 mai l'opération éco-citoyenne "Montagne propre", en partenariat avec Veolia Propreté et le comité départemental de ski. Objectif : le nettoyage des différentes pistes de ski du domaine vosgien, par près de 500 bénévoles. At the behest of mayors from the Haute-Tarentaise valley, a hundred or so people gather in Bourg-Saint-Maurice - a winter ski hot spot in France - to protest the closure of ski lifts over the festive season, a decision announced by the French government last week in a bid to control the spread of coronavirus. The lift closures mean no tourists, a heavy blow for the economy of thousands who depend on them coming over the winter season. IMAGES
