Fire rages at electoral court in Bolivian opposition stronghold

Firefighters fight flames at a regional electoral court in the early morning hours in the Bolivian opposition stronghold of Santa Cruz, after protesters set fire to electoral buildings in other parts of the country amid unrest over partial election results.
