A l'initiative de la 202e section de la fédération des Anciens des forces françaises en Allemagne et en Autriche (FFAA), la commune de Rosenau a accueilli, ce samedi 9 novembre, une cérémonie de commémoration des 30 ans de la chute du mur de Berlin. A cette occasion, un nouveau drapeau a été remis aux membres de la FFAA. Étaient présents également six anciens représentants de la Mission militaire française de liaison auprès du Haut commandement soviétique en Allemagne (Berlin et Potsdam). La cérémonie, mise en œuvre par le Lieutenant-Colonel Albert Elser et réhaussée par la Fanfare de cavalerie des hussards d'Altkirch, s'est déroulée devant le char du Lieutenant Jean de Loisy.
