Nicolas Maduro supporters drive on motorcycles past an anti-Maduro rally outside the J. M. de los Rios children's hospital in Caracas. Venezuelan main opposition leader and self-proclaimed acting president Juan Guaido called for a mass protest, in an effort to push the military to turn against Maduro and back a European ultimatum demanding free elections within the week.
