Members of his own party have triggered a confidence vote in his leadership, which could result in his stepping down as Prime Minister if he gains fewer than half the votes. Speaking at the opening of the Farnborough International Airshow, UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer says he respects Joe Biden's decision to drop out of the US presidential race.
