Images from a CCTV camera show the moment a vehicle pulls up in front of the entrance gate of the General Directorate of Security of our Ministry of the Interior in Ankara, before one of the two suspects proceeds to blow himself up. The country's interior ministry says a "terrorist attack" took place near parliament in Ankara on Sunday leaving two police officers injured. "One of the terrorists blew himself up and the other was neutralised," the ministry added on social media, saying two officers received "minor injuries". IMAGES

CCTV footage captured the moment a gas explosion ripped through a high-rise flat in the city of Ryazan, about 120 miles southeast of Moscow, in the early hours of Sunday, sending a huge boom through the neighborhood and a massive shower of concrete and debris on to cars parked below. A total of three people died and more than dozens were injured in the incident. The blast caused structural damage to the top floors of the 11-story flat. More than 70 people were placed in a temporary shelter set in a nearby school. An investigation into what caused the explosion is currently underway.
