Chicago police announced on Friday they arrested a man in connection to the murder of 9-year-old Tyshawn Lee.
Chicago police have made an arrest in the fatal, gang-related shooting of a 9-year-old boy earlier this month. The suspect has been identified as 27-year-old Corey Morgan. Rough Cut (no reporter narration).
Two Louisiana law enforcement officers were arrested and charged with murder on Friday in the shooting death of a 6-year-old boy in Marksville.
The brutal murder of a young boy this week in Chicago’s south side week was no accident according to new information from the city authorities, reported CBS. Now police suspect the Monday killing of nine-year-old Tyshawn Lee was a targeted execution in a bloody gang feud.
Police are trying to determine whether the fatal shooting of a young boy was a targeted incident, or an unfortunate case of being in the wrong place at the wrong time.
