A fan waving a large rainbow flag managed to evade security and ran onto the pitch before the Germany-Hungary match at Euro 2020 on Wednesday at Munich's Allianz Arena. Germany's Defence Minister Boris Pistorius says he believes the EU member will manage to send a first battalion of tanks to war-torn Ukraine by April.
