Honduran migrants, part of a caravan heading to the US, rest on a sidewalk in Entre Rios after they surged across the border into Guatemala. Meanwhile, President Alejandro Giammattei, in an address to the nation, ordered the Hondurans detained and sent back to their home country. IMAGES
Tear gas appears to be fired from the Greek side to push migrants away from the border, as hundreds are blocked at the Turkish border with Greece. They now hope they can cross into the EU member state after Ankara said it would no longer prevent refugees from crossing into Europe following the death of 33 Turkish troops in northern Syria.
