In an unnanounced visit to the Netherlands, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky arrives at The Hague's International Criminal Court, which has issued an arrest warrant for Russia's President Vladimir Putin. Missouri's attorney general Eric Schmitt announces that his state will be the first "to effectively end abortion" in the United States, after the conservative-dominated Supreme Court overturned the landmark 1973 "Roe v. Wade" decision that enshrined a woman's right to an abortion, saying that individual states can now permit or restrict the procedure themselves.
