Police and military at scene of Ukraine hostage crisis

Police and military respond to a hostage crisis in the western Ukrainian city of Lutsk, where an armed man carrying explosives has taken around 20 people hostage in a bus. The head of the local police service said shots were heard at the scene but no injuries have been reported so far. IMAGES
