Yangon, Nov 3 (EFE/EPA).- Supporters of Myanmar nationalist Buddhist monk Wirathu gathered Tuesday outside the district court to show their support after Wirathu surrendered himself to police Monday.Yangon Western District Court on May 28, 2019 issued an arrest warrant against him under sedition laws article 124 (a) for his attempts to excite disaffection towards the government, a crime carrying a maximum penalty of life imprisonment.
