Michelin star chef Nicola Dinato has showcased a startling 'fried air' dish at the Feva Restaurant in the Italian town of Castelfranco Veneto.

In fact, the Robin Hood restaurant, which launched in Madrid on Tuesday, is giving high quality food inspired by Michelin Star chefs to homeless people for free. The restaurant held its inaugural dinner, which was attended by dozens of people with no homes. If you think the Robin Hood restaurant idea sounds expensive, you are right, it is. However, the organization funds their activities by opening their doors to paying customers for breakfast and lunch and uses the profits gathered from the normal business operations to finance the evening meals, which are reserved exclusively for the homeless. A Roman Catholic priest named "Padre Angel", the president of NGO "Mensajeros de la Paz", or Messengers of Peace, is the key figure behind the Robin Hood concept. His church has become famous for its progressive attitude toward technology, which include free wi-fi, virtual confessions over a mobile phone app, and free coffee and tea.
Maria Marte came to Spain from the Dominican Republic and started working as dishwasher. She has worked her way up to becoming a chef and secured the restaurant's two Michelin stars.
