Restaurants and beaches in Florida reopened on Monday with strict social distancing rules, after being ordered to close for more than a month due to the COVID-19 pandemic.Florida Governor Ron DeSantis signed a new order effective Monday to allow restaurants to reopen with full outdoor seating, and indoor seating allowed at 25 percent of building capacity.On-site sale and retail businesses can also operate at 25 percent of capacity, subject to appropriate social distancing and sanitation measures, but bars, nightclubs and gyms remain closed.All Florida’s Counties are allowed to reopen except Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach.
