El segundo día de confinamiento también se ha hecho notar en París, donde sus residentes pasean este domingo a orillas del río Sena. Las nuevas medidas, introducidas al menos para un mes, afectan a algo más de 20 millones de ciudadanos, que tienen prohibido salir de sus departamentos, aunque pueden pasear o acudir a actividades esenciales.Las restricciones impiden moverse más allá de un radio de 10 kilómetros de sus domicilios, salvo que cumplan alguna actividad que lo justifique.En esos departamentos se aplica también el toque de queda generalizado en todo el país, a las 19.00 horas, una hora más tarde que hasta ahora.Para los ciudadanos afectados es el tercer confinamiento, tras el rígido de marzo, cuando había pocas justificaciones para abandonar el domicilio, y el de noviembre, algo menos restrictivo.El Ejecutivo ha ido cambiando también los comercios que se ven afectados por el cierre administrativo y, tras anunciar en un primer momento que solo permitiría subir la persiana a tiendas de alimentación, de libros y de discos, añadió posteriormente peluquerías, floristerías y chocolaterías.En total, según los datos del Ministerio de Economía, 90.000 establecimientos más deberán cerrar y se sumarán a bares, restaurantes y otros lugares de ocio, que no pueden abrir desde octubre pasado.
