Coronavirus: Champs-Elysees lies empty on 21st day of lockdown

Description

It's not your average Monday morning on the Champs-Elysees. The Paris hotspot lies practically deserted on the 21st day of lockdown, while Place de la Concorde is no busier. France imposed a nationwide stay-at-home order from March 17 after shuttering all nonessential businesses. Officials have said the lockdown will last until at least April 15. IMAGES
