Huge crowds gathered as technology giant Apple opened their first store in South Korea on Saturday in the nation's capital Seoul. Once the doors opened at the new Apple Garosugil, located in the trendy neighbourhood of Gangnam, the customers were greeted with cheers by staff members. Temperatures outside reached -16 Celsius, or just over 3 Fahrenheit, but thousands of dedicated Apple fans still made their way outside for the grand opening of the first Apple store in South Korea.
A very bizarre series of events happened Wednesday night in the northern Russian city of Apatity. One local man got very intoxicated, stole this armoured personal carrier, or APC, and rammed it into a Semya grocery store, crushing a small sedan on the way. Coming out of the tank in a stupor, the man managed to grab a bottle of wine from the supermarket before running off.
Residents of the Chinese city of Hefei now have their very own traveling convenience store, selling everything from candy to veggies. Swedish start-up Wheelys developed the Moby Mart in cooperation with Hefei University and retail company Himalafy. Incredibly, the Moby Mart store operates 24/7 and all without any humans manning the store. Moby Mart offers basic groceries, such as milk, bread, fruit and coffee, which are only available to customers which have downloaded the Moby Mart app. Customers connect their card to the app so that Moby Mart technolgy can scan their purchase and charge them automatically. The app even allows customers to call the store to their location. Could this be the future of grocery shopping?

Note that Office apps are already available in the Windows Store, but these are cut-down and touch-focused apps as opposed to the fully fledged versions of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
