Germany to join anti-IS mission amid popular opposition

Description

After a vote in the Bundestag, Germany will be joining the anti-IS mission in Syria, in what will be the country's biggest mission abroad since Afghanistan. 30 aircraft, one frigate and 1,200 soldiers will be send to the region to fight the IS militants.
