People scramble to douse a fire and clear rubble at Kyiv's Okhmatdyt children's hospital after it was hit in a rare daytime Russian barrage on cities across Ukraine. British junior hospital doctors resume strike action which will last for five days, just one week before the country's general election in which the state of the publicly funded National Health Service is a major issue. The doctors have been asking for 35 percent "pay restoration" as a starting position amid a cost-of-living crisis.
