Ten municipalities in the Pas-de-Calais region were hit by flooding on Monday night following heavy rain storms that caused the Liane River to burst its banks. The ocean is choppy, and gusts of wind blow through palm trees in Saint-Leu, as cyclone Belal hits France's island of Reunion in the Indian Ocean this morning.
