A man suspected of carrying out an attack on Friday at a factory in southeastern France near Lyon that killed one person and wounded several others has been arrested.
In 2015 Ayoub El Khazzani, a 25-year-old Moroccan, was stopped by several passengers including several American tourists as he prepared to launch a terrorist attack on a French high-speed Thalys train travelling to the French capital from Brussels. An international warrant has been issued for Salah Abdeslam, a Belgian-born French national, who is one of three brothers suspected of carrying out the terror attacks in Paris on Friday, officials said.
