This video documents the presence of a signal originating from a commercial FM broadcast station in the 40 meter amateur band. Excerpts are taken from a 24 hour recording that I made on September 18 – 19 2018. In addition to the commercial broadcast station, there are additional noise sources on the 7 MHz amateur band. It is highly probable that this interference is interrelated. The presence of the broadcast station begins very early in the morning and is barely perceptible. It gets quite a bit stronger during the day and ultimately and suddenly drops out completely. Other interference sources persist but they briefly drop out as well. . Times indicate point in video event occurs. This all occurs daily. Music Appears 2:07 Music Gains Amplitude 5:30 Station Drops 10:19 RFI Drops Briefly and Restarts 11:15
