November 21 2021 Unusual Noise Source

Strange RF Occurrence 7019 KHz 1606 MST November 21 2021 Begin This source bas appeared before and recorded on two different radios. It has maintained itself for 10 hours and longer. It seems to occur before a broadband RFI source. I have put several videos of this on my RFI YouTube channel. It does something at the 3:11 mark in the video. You can skip directly there. I have been informed that this signal is part of an over the horizon radar system in Australia. The Russians had one in the 1980s. The United States generally had more advanced technology, satellite imaging for example, and could detect any Russian missile launch within seconds. U.S. satellites informed the U.S. government of the Chernobyl nuclear accident before the Soviet government in Moscow knew about it.
