Madrid, Dec 4 (EFE) - The record of CO2 emissions in the atmosphere in 2019 that will increase by 0.6% over last year, according to a prestigious scientific report published on Wednesday, will further hinder the fight against the climate crisis and the achievement of the objectives agreed by the countries in the Paris Agreement.
