Learn how to choose the right size for your ski or snowboard helmet with this video provided by Wed'ze! First, measure your head circumference with a measuring tape. Each helmet size corresponds to a range: - M: 51-55 cm - L: 56-59 cm - XL: 60-64 cm Do not choose a helmet that is too small because you will not be able to put it on correctly and it will be uncomfortable. Do not choose a helmet that is too big either because it will tend to move and rotate around your head and may even interfere with your vision. A perfectly-sized helmet should move slightly on the sides and front but remain firmly in place. Adjust the strap under your neck leaving a gap of one centimeter. Do the same for the strap on the side. Discover all the ski boots from Wed'ze on http://www.wedze.com/en and other videos on our sports channel!
To wash your down jacket properly, put it in a washing machine with 2 tennis balls. Add the detergent and run a synthetic program at 30 °C. When finished, do not take your jacket out yet! Start a "rinse and spin" program. At the end of the second program, you can get your clothes to dry on a drying rack (make sure to turn the jacket over regularly) or in a dryer. Learn how to choose the right length for your ski poles with this video provided by Wed'ze! Turn one ski pole upside down and place the grip on the ground. Grab the pole right under the basket. Your elbow should form a 90° angle. If your arm is too folded (less than 90°), the pole is too long, and if your arm is too open (more than 90°), the pole is too short.
