The Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team is proud to debut its new challenger for the 2024 season – the AMR24. On a significant day for Aston Martin, the new Vantage road car and Aston Martin Vantage GT3 join the AMR24 marking a trilogy of reveals.In its iconic racing green livery, complete with Aramco title partner branding, the AMR24 represents a strong and exciting evolution from its predecessor which catapulted the team to eight podiums and 280 points in 2023. The AMR24 evolves the same design philosophy but there is minor carryover with the majority of the parts being new for 2024. The continuous refinement of the AMR24 has resulted in a lighter, more aerodynamically efficient race car, designed to operate across a wider range of circuits.
A racing prototype version of the ultimate hypercar, the Aston Martin Valkyrie, will take on the challenge it was born for when it carries Aston Martin into the fight for overall victory in the 24 Hours of Le Mans, from 2025.Through the invaluable support and backing of Aston Martin’s championship-winning endurance racing partner Heart of Racing [HoR], at least one Valkyrie racecar will be entered by Aston Martin in the top Hypercar class of each of the FIA World Endurance Championship [WEC] and the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championships [IMSA] from 2025. This means that the prototype Valkyrie will participate in three of sportscar racing’s most prestigious events; Le Mans, the Rolex 24 at Daytona and the 12 Hours of Sebring.
The Aston Martin Cognizant Formula One Team has revealed to the world its 2021 Formula One World Championship competitor, the new AMR21, in a virtual live event.One of the most anticipated Formula One car launches in recent years took place in The Vault, an immersive virtual experience that played host to the historic moment when Aston Martin unveiled its first Grand Prix car since the DBR5 which was raced by Roy Salvadori and Maurice Trintignant in the 1960 British Grand Prix. The AMR21 was revealed in a striking green livery in recognition of the brand’s traditional racing colours, carrying prominent branding from title partner, Cognizant, the IT giant helping lead the team’s digital transformation journey towards future success.
Aston Martin Lagonda have taken the 2019 Geneva International Motor Show by storm with three global debuts. The Lagonda All-Terrain Concept, the Vanquish Vision Concept, and AM-RB 003, were all revealed during the luxury brand’s live press conference, hosted by TV and Radio presenter Maya Jama and automotive lifestyle influencer Mr JWW. Built around near-future technologies such as its advanced Battery Electric drivetrain, the Lagonda All-Terrain Concept is an ultra-stylish, supremely luxurious, fully electric emission-free vehicle that can transport its occupants to remote and spectacular locations. It develops the designs and materials seen in last year’s widely acclaimed Lagonda Vision Concept, tailoring them for the new and challenging environments that an all-terrain vehicle is capable of reaching. Lagonda aims to be the world’s first zero emission luxury brand.
