Russia successfully launches an unmanned space freighter carrying supplies to the International Space Station from the Baikonur cosmodrome in Kazakhstan. Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmygal describes the start of Ukraine's EU accession talks as "a historic day", speaking as membership negotiations are launched.
