V7 III Carbon celebrates customization, interpreted originally and in good taste, combining the authentic V7 style with the prestigious and modern quality of numerous carbon fibre components, such as the shortened and sleek fenders and the side fairings that enhance the character of the Moto Guzzi best seller to the utmost.V7 III Carbon has a completely matt black look, a shade that enhances the parts in red, the colour chosen for the Brembo front disk brake calliper, the logos on the side fairings and the Eagle on the fuel tank. The 'Made in Mandello' mechanics also stand out thanks to the satin finished red cylinder head covers. The saddle (dedicated only to this model, as it is with the others) boasts brand new water repellent Alcantara, ideal for outdoor use and weather resistant. The saddle is finished with red stitching that represents rather popular stylistic inspiration that anyone who loves refined details will love. In fact, this model is fully loaded with them: the locking tank cap is made of anodized black billet aluminium and the headlight frame is also black, as are the injector covers and the rear brake master cylinder.
Of all the V7 models, this classic, elegant bike remains closest to the spirit of the original, as demonstrated in its many chrome details and the distinctive contrasting stripes on the under-seat side panels which complement the horizontal band running down the spine of the fuel tank which, like the side panels, also features updated glossy artwork.The spoked wheel rims have polished channels and black hubs, the analogue dual-display instrument panel features an LCD screen which provides a host of information, while the chrome-plated steel passenger grab handle comes as a standard feature. The V7 III makes an additional nod to its classic, refined lineage with its seat finished in “old school” stitching.
An exclusive limited edition version in just 500 numbered units, the V7 III Limited combines the classic and elegant chromium look with refined hi-tech materials such as carbon fibre and aluminium . This is an eclectic and modern look that reiterates how well the V7 III lends itself to customisation, an extremely youthful bike but at the same time a 'Made in Italy' symbol, popular with a transversal and diverse public. On the Moto Guzzi V7 III Limited, the numerous chromium plated parts are reminiscent of the purest Classic world, beginning with the chromium fuel tank, “wrapped” on the top under a black leather vintage-look strap . On the sides, the unmistakeable Moto Guzzi eagle is done in a particular burnished finish : after all, black is another recurring element on the V7 III Limited, from the alloy wheels to the saddle with “old school” stitching, as well as the typical pattern of carbon fibre, the material used for the front and rear fenders and the side panels . The locking fuel cap is made from billet aluminium, as are the handlebar risers which bear the model's laser inscribed serial number. The Moto Guzzi 750 twin-cylinder also has a refined look, with the throttle body covers made of black anodised aluminium and the cylinder heads with milled cooling fins that create another contrasting effect. The essential instrumentation is a single, circular display with analogue speedometer and the other information contained on a digital display.

The metallic grey colour scheme is livened up by an aggressive red stripe that runs vertically along the top fairing, then continuing along the lower part of the fuel tank and on the side panels. Colour coded to match the body, the hard cover for the rear portion of the saddle is available as an accessory, making it a true single-seater in pure racing style.
