‘Murder On The Orient Express’ Makes $1.6 Million On Thursday

“Murder on the Orient Express” took in $1.6 million in previews from 2,755 theaters Thursday night. The movie is estimated to earn around $25 million in its opening weekend. Critics have given it mixed reviews, and review aggregator site Rotten Tomatoes has the movie at a 65 percent. Kenneth Branagh’s adaptation of Agatha Christie’s classic mystery is star studded, with a cast including Penelope Cruz, Willem Dafoe, Leslie Odom Jr., Daisy Ridley. Johnny Depp, Judi Dench, Michelle Pfeiffer and Josh Gad.
