Samsung released their new foldable smartphones and they are getting negative reviews. Their foldable smartphones cost $2,000, but may not be worth the price. Each phone comes with with a protective layer/film. However, Samsung didn't tell customers that they aren't allowed to remove it. After users attempt to remove the film bubbles have appeared underneath it. Users have even reported that their screens breaking from the pressure.
