Abarth has launched a hardcore ‘Pista’ edition of its Fiat 500-based 595 hot hatch.Available to order now and priced from £19,135, the 595 Pista is equipped with a new Garrett turbocharger that offers a higher torque output at lower revs and bumps power output from 143bhp to 163bhp.Further performance upgrades include a Record Monza Active sports exhaust and Koni rear suspension components that Abarth claims improve handling and stability. Sport Mode also features, adjusting torque, steering and throttle settings for an enhanced driving experience. Stopping power comes courtesy of an Abarth-specific performance braking system, comprising 284mm ventilated discs at the front and 240mm units at the rear.

Casa 500 is a new exhibition space forming part of the museum complex at the Pinacoteca Agnelli, chaired by Ginevra Elkann. An immersive itinerary covering over 700 m2, it plays on memories, emotions and dreams to trace the culture and history of a country and a city, intertwined with the history of the 500. Much more than an automobile museum, Casa 500 tells the future of the FIAT brand, starting from its roots; ones that are indeed the inspiration for the future. The common thread is the ‘metamorphosis’ of the FIAT 500 across its three generations, a model that has made history in the automotive industry and has always inspired new ways of thinking and living. An icon of our times whose evolution conveys the culture of a country and the history of its city.Located on the 4th floor of the Pinacoteca Agnelli and directly overlooking the Lingotto track, Casa 500 is an open exhibition space, bathed in light and is connected to the track on all four sides by its large windows. Casa 500 is also a place where respect for the environment is the mantra that inspired the creation of all the spaces and materials, chosen for the installations that follow the principle summarized in the concept of “Reuse, Reduce, Recycle”: recycled wood for the tables, platforms and doors; panels that absorb the volatile components of the air; reused furniture or products with plastics recovered from the sea, like the rear seats in Seaqual yarn; and eco-friendly, antibacterial paints. The Casa 500 exhibition is set out around a highly symbolic central tree, also made of recycled wood. A tree that represents the continuity of history, between the roots – the past – and the future. At the foot of the tree, the mask of the legendary 1957 Fiat 500 and a New (500)RED, the latest addition to the New 500 line-up.
FIAT homages Disney ‘s 100th anniversary with an exclusive gift, by designing 5 theme-based versions of the new Fiat Topolino dedicated to Mickey Mouse.The presentation of the five Topolino one-offs took place at Casa 500, on the fourth floor of the prestigious art institution “Pinacoteca Agnelli” where to experience a journey through art and time on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of Disney and the 95th anniversary of Mickey Mouse, and also the centenary of Lingotto.To celebrate the captivating alliance, a traditional car event was not enough: it resulted in a project that involved two Design teams with different expertise having fun together to realize something magical that would have breached people’s hearts transforming “the Mouse” into a Muse. Those unique Fiat Topolino represent a journey through time and art: from the time when both Topolinos were born, to today. With the goal of creating something iconic that could bring two stars together.To celebrate further Mickey Mouse and the Fiat Topolino, an exhibition of these 5 unique pieces, in collaboration with Pinacoteca Agnelli, will be set up in the North ramp of the Lingotto building. Visitors to the shopping center will take a walk along the ramp and admire the 5 Fiat Topolino one-offs as they reach La Pista 500. A beautiful combination in the name of creativity and popular culture.

Being a Panda, also the special series Pandina is the social car par excellence, featuring its unique traits: simplicity, creativity, and functionality.
